ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner tto direct the second respondent herein to register FIR as against the alleged accused Dr.V.Rajendran, Rajiv Gandhi and his associates based on the complaint dated 08.02.2017 lodged by the petitioner before the first respondent and the same being forwarded to second respondent and investigate the aforesaid case in a proper manner and direct the respondents to file its final report in a stipulated period as directed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents police, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's complaint registered on 08.02.2017 is closed.
