CMP.Nos.3347, 3348, 3349 of 2007 and 1420 of 2008 in S.A.No.657 of 2000 and CMP.Nos.3350, 3351 and 3352 of 2007 in S.A.No.658 of 2000 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., CMP.No.3347 of 2007 in S.A.No.657 of 2000 has been filed to to condone the delay of 1556 days in filing an application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant. CMP No.3348 of 2007 in S.A.No.657 of 2000 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the deceased/sole appellant viz., K.P.M. Mohideen Meera Sahib. CMP.No.3349 of 2007 in S.A.No.657 of 2000 has been filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the sole appellant as appellants 2 to 8. CMP.No.1420 of 2008 is filed consequent on the death of the third respondent/Mohammed Kasim Sahib, to bring his legal heirs as respondents 5 to 14 in the appeal.

2.CMP No.3350 of 2007 in S.A.No.658 of 2000 has been filed to condone the delay of 1556 days in filing an application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the deceased sole appellant. CMP No.3351 of 2007 in S.A.No.658 of 2000 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant. CMP.No.3352 of 2007 in S.A.No.658 of 2000 has been filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased sole appellant as appellants 2 to 8 in the appeal. http://www.judis.nic.in

RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., klt 3.Heard both sides. The factum of the death of the sole appellant in the appeals and the third respondent in S.A. No. 657 of 2000 as also their legal representatives are not in dispute. 4.Considering the submissions made on behalf of the learned counsel for the applicants and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these applications, all the applications are allowed.
