Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Second Respondent to issue separate Patta in favour of Petitioner's mother to her property comprised in Survey No.108 at measuring 3 cents situated at Kutthalam Town, Nagapattinam District by surveying the measurement by point out the boundaries and subsequently directing the Third Respondent to provide necessary police protection at the time of surveying the Petitioner's Property in pursuant of the Petitioner's Representation dated 29.12.2019.

When it is pointed out by the Learned Government Advocate appearing for the First to Third Respondents that the Petitioner had not submitted any representation dated 29.12.2019 to the First and Second Respondents as claimed and even the postal https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

acknowledgement in the typed-set only relates to the Third Respondent, who cannot issue patta, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the Petitioner to make fresh application to the concerned authority and work out his remedy in that regard and he has made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. No costs.
