This writ petition has been filed to quash the order, dated 17/12/2014, passed by the third respondent in his proceedings of Tender Notice in Na.Ka.No.329/2012 and further direct the third respondent not to use the petitioner's land for any purpose illegally.

3. Heard Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned counsel for the third respondent.

4. A bare perusal of the materials available on record, would indicate that the petitioners have filed a Suit in O.S.No.267 of 2012 on the file of the District Munsif, Perambalur, for injunction. Considering the fact that the matter pertains to the year 2015, this Court is of the considered view that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter any more. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 4/1/2023 mvs.
