2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the connected matter in CRL.R.C.No.181 of 2021 was disposed of by this Court. Hence, this Criminal Revision Petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
