O R D E R

The petitioner is the wife. The husband has initiated divorce proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.4169 of 2023 on the file of the V Additional Judge, Family Court at Chennai.

2. The petitioner has a child and who is less than a year old. This child is a premature baby who regularly falls sick. The petitioner is said to be residing at Sholingur.

3. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is taking care of her premature baby and that she is now residing at Sholingur, I am inclined to transfer the proceeding in H.M.O.P.No.4169 of 2023 pending on the file of the V Additional Judge, Family Court at Chennai to the file of the Subordinate Court at Arakonam.

4. In fine, the Tr.C.M.P. is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
