We find from the particulars furnished by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the convict was recently granted leave by this Court vide orders passed in W.P.No.30046 of 2024 dated 21.10.2024 for the period between 25.10.2024 and 14.11.2024. Not even two months have lapsed since the last leave granted by this Court. Hence, we do not deem it appropriate to consider the prayer sought for in this writ petition. 2.The writ petition stands dismissed accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
