PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to set aside the fair and final order passed in I.A.No.1243 of 2017 in O.S.No.67 of 2007 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Udumalpet dated 25.10.2018.
For Petitioner : Mr.S.Gunalan
O R D E R
The prayer sought for in the revision petition is set aside the fair and final order dated 25.10.2018, passed in I.A.No.1243 of 2017 in O.S.No.67 of 2007 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Udumalpet.
2. I do not find any infirmity in the order of the trial Court in allowing the application for amendment. In view of the fact that the petitioner has admitted that Mylathal died, the amendment sought for is only to incorporate the word "dead" and as such, there is no infirmity in allowing the application.
3. Accordingly, the present Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 24.01.2019 Index:Yes/No Speaking order: Yes/No hvk
