THAMILSELVI CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.400 of 2022 IN CRL OP.13251/2021 MARIMUTHU [ PETITIONER/ACCUSED ] Vs STATE REP BY ITS [ RESPONDENT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, VIGILANCE AND ANTI CORRUPTION, ARIYALUR, (CRIME NO. 1/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition in Crl.M.P.No. 9260 of 2021 before this Hon`ble Court by its order dated 16.09.2021 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.9260 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No. 13251 of 2021, dated 16.09.2021.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the said submission, the condition already imposed by this Court as against the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police Station at 10.30 a.m. monthly twice.
