Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.9260 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No. 13251 of 2021, dated 16.09.2021.
2. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition already imposed by this Court as against the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police Station at 10.30 a.m. monthly twice.
