ORDER

It is stated by the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent that as against the order of the Writ Court dated 15.12.2022 passed in WP.No.15615 of 2018, the respondent has preferred an appeal in W.A.SR.No.89889 of 2023, together with a miscellaneous petition seeking for condonation of delay in CMP.No.16647 of 2023. He further stated that the delay has been condoned.

2. While that being so, it would not be appropriate for this Court to parallely adjudicate the Contempt Petition, when the Hon'ble Division Bench has seized off the matter. However, a liberty is hereby granted to the petitioner to work out her remedy subject to the outcome of the Writ Appeal.
