JUDGMENT

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed against the judgment and decree, dated 26/8/2009, made in M.C.O.P.No.257 of 2007, by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Additional Subordinate Judge, Thiruvannamalai.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.M.J.Chandran, learned counsel for the appellant reported that the sole respondent is died and prays time to implead the legal representatives of the respondent.

3. A bare perusal of the records would show that from 2/3/2021, it is reported by the learned counsel for the appellant that the sole respondent is died. Till date, no steps https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

have been taken to implead the legal representatives of the deceased. Hence, this Court has come to the conclusion that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the matter any more.
