JUDGMENT

This appeal is preferred by the appellant insurance company as against the judgment and decree passed on 24.07.2012 made in MACTOP.No.142 of 2006 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Subordinate Judge, Kallakurichi. 2.The learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the civil miscellaneous petition and she has also made an endorsement to that effect.
