This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police to register First Information report in pursuance of on the order of the Judicial magistrate-I, Chengalpattu dated 27.07.2018.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the FIR has already been registered in Crime No.44 of 2019 by the respondent police.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, the connected Crl.M.P.No.640 of 2019 is also closed.
