This application seeks to grant leave to permit the applicant/plaintiff to represent the interested primary members of the 1st respondent party at large.

2. It is seen in the plaint that a personal relief had been sought questioning the removal from primary membership of the plaintiff from the 1st defendant party.

3. When a personal relief is sought, an application under Order I Rule 8 of the Code of Civil Procedure is not maintainable.

4. Therefore, the application stands dismissed.
