3.The learned counsel for the respondents have no serious objection for allowing this application.

4.On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant, this application is allowed on payment of costs of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only). The applicant is directed to pay the costs of Rs.1,00,000/- to the credit of the suit in C.S.No.17 of 2019 on or before 31.03.2022.
