Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.12.2018 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

Ms.P.Kavitha, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The prayer made in this writ petition is to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 10.12.2018.

3. According to the petitioner, he submitted a representation dated 10.12.2018 to the respondents, to rectify the wrong entires made in his service register, take action against the Head Master and Clerk, who were responsible for making such wrong entries and to regularize his service and pay the arrears of salary to him. Finding no response on his representation, the petitioner is before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if the petitioner is granted liberty to submit a fresh representation, with regard to the wrong entires made in his service register, for which, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has no serious objection.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the respondents, along with a copy of this order within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such submission, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks thereafter.

6. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
