As the petitioner's representation dated 27.01.2021 for issue of a patta in the name of Mrs.Kanchana Devi for the land in Survey No.797/2 part of Koovathur Village, has not been considered, the petitioner is before 1/4

this Court.

2. Heard the counsels on either side.

3. Considering the limited request made by the petitioner, this Writ Petition is allowed and a Mandamus is issued to the respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 27.01.2021, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

4. It is also evident that an adjacent land owner in the very same Survey Number namely Anandha Venkatesan has been issued with Natham Patta.
