C.M.P.No.11722 of 2023 in CMA.SR.No.3093 of 2023 SUNDER MOHAN, J.

This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 250 days in filing the above appeal.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the first respondent remained exparte before the Tribunal and hence notice to the first respondent may be dispensed with. In view of above submission, notice to the first respondent is dispensed with.

3. Though notice has been served on the second respondent, none has entered appearance on behalf of them.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered.

5. Registry is directed to number the C.M.A, if it is otherwise in order and print the name of Mr.J.Michael Visuvasam as counsel for the second respondent, at the time of admission.
