Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition passed in Crl.M.P.No.6614 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.12174 of 2020 order dated 29.10.2020 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.VEERARAGHAVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed in CRL.O.P.No.12174 of 2020 dated 29.10.2020.
2. This Court, while granting bail to the petitioner, imposed a condition that the petitioner shall report before respondent police station on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. The present petition has been filed for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the condition imposed in CRL.O.P.No.12174 of 2020 dated 29.10.2020, on the petitioner, has been complied with regularly.
4. In view of the above, the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL.O.P.No.12174 of 2020 dated 29.10.2020, is modified https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. -sd/- 22/01/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
