This petition has been filed to permit the petitioners to effect substituted service for the respondents 1, 2 and 8 in CMP.No.5083 of 2024 by affixture on CNB & LKR or by paper publication in one issue of vernacular daily.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants.

3. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, the petition is ordered and the learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to effect substituted service on the respondents 1, 2 & 8 by way of paper publication by mentioning the next date of hearing as 27.01.2025, in anyone of the most read Vernacular Daily, which is circulated throughout the State of Tamil Nadu, on or before 22.01.2025 and file a proof of service before this Court on or before the next date of hearing.

4. For filing proof of service, post on 27.01.2025.
