This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to take action on the petitioners representation dated 16.12.2025.

2. The issue raised in this Writ Petition pertains to conduct of elections in the Petitioner's Association. In such matters, a writ petition is not a solution. The petitioner will have to file a suit to work their rights. Under the Societies Registration Act, 1975, there is no power for the Registrar to adjudicate on the rival claims. Leaving it open to the petitioner to approach the Jurisdictional Civil Court and seek relief for his grievances, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
