[Order of this Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J] The petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant one month parole to the detenu viz., Kurudan @ Subramaniam, S/o.Palanisamy Gounder, a life convict (C.T.No.8472) confined at Central Prison, Coimbatore to attend the marriage of the petitioner's elder son on the basis of the representation dated 13.12.2019.

2. This Court, under order dated 22.01.2020, granted leave to the convict Kurudan @ Subramaniam, S/o.Palanisamy Gounder from 23.01.2020 to 03.02.2020 and directed him to return back to the prison on 03.02.2020 at 05.00 p.m.

3.Today, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the convict was taken back to prison on expiry of leave granted to him. 4.Recording the said submission made, the petition stands closed as nothing further survives for adjudication.
