The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that investigation in Crime No.5 of 2021 regarding job racket has almost completed and within a period of 3 weeks, final report will be filed. Since the matter relates to receiving the money for job by the Government employee, the complaint cannot be quashed. If at all there is no material against this petitioner, he can agitate his cause after filing the final report.
