Application No.1260 of 2016 RAJIV SHAKDHER, J.

1. As per the proceedings of the learned Master dated 16.08.2016, service qua the respondents stands completed. As a mater of fact, on 24.08.2016, Mr.K.Thenrajan, had entered appearance on behalf of the respondents. Accordingly, on that date, time was granted to the respondents to file a reply. The matter, thus, was posted for hearing today.

2. There is no appearance on behalf of the respondents today. Counsel for the applicant says that the subject vehicle has been seized and delivered to his client.

3. The Advocate Commissioner, Ms.R.Reena, is present in Court, she affirms this position.

4. To be noted, vide order dated 10.03.2016, the applicant was directed to pay initial remuneration of Rs.20,000/-, to the Advocate Commissioner.

5. Having regard to the fact that the commission was executed within the State of Tamil Nadu, I am of the view, that no further remuneration needs to be paid.

6. Ms.R.Reena, Advocate Commissioner, affirms that Rs.20,000/- has been paid by the applicant.

7. Therefore, as prayed, the application is closed, leaving parties to take recourse to an appropriate remedy, if any available, albeit, in accordance with law.
