When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the final report is yet to be filed.

Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Court directs the second respondent police to file the final report in Crime No.481 of 2025 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
