(Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed by the father of the detenue for a direction to the respondent to produce the detenue and set her at liberty.

2. It is seen that the petitioner's daughter Ms.Indu Bala, went missing and in connection with which a case in Crime No.365 of 2015 for woman missing has been registered on 15.09.2015 and investigation is pending.

3. It appears that the girl is aged 22 years and suspected that she has eloped with her lover. In such circumstances, this petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
