This Court by an Order dated 09.01.2019, had directed the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, (FAC) at Tiruppur, to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.157 of 2017, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. 2.

Now the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, (FAC) at Tiruppur has requested this Court to grant further period of one month to dispose of the aforesaid proceedings, as directed by this Court. 3.

As requested by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate No.III, (FAC) at Tiruppur, time granted by this Court is extended by a period of one month from today. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted by this Court and the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, (FAC) at Tiruppur, is directed to file a compliance report immediately after the completion of the proceedings. 08.07.2019 vs/jas http://www.judis.nic.in
