CONT.P.No.217 of 2020 order of this Court dated 09.08.2019 to the notice of the District Munsif Court, Kancheepuram, trying Original Suit Nos.243, 244, 245 & 247 of 2019, in which the plaintiffs are the very same persons, who are the private respondents in the writ petitions.

2. In view of the aforesaid prayer made, liberty is granted to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

The Contempt Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
