ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.G.Jeremiah, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Government Advocate for the first respondent and Mr.L.P.Maurya, learned counsel for the second respondent.

2. It appears that the encroached portion has been demolished.

3. If the debris is lying on the road, the same shall also be removed by the authorities.

4. The writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
