Learned counsel for the applicant has filed this application seeking to implead the second petitioner, who is the father, as the second petitioner in O.P.No.728 of 2021.

2. O.P.No.728 of 2021 has been filed by the Mother seeking permission of this Court to sell the minor's share. Since the petitioner had not earlier impleaded the father of the minor, the present application has been filed seeking to implead him.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has also filed his consent affidavit of the father along with this application. The same is taken on record.

4. This Court is satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this application.
