A.No.5536 of 2015 in C.S.No.677 of 2014 R.SUBRAMANIAN, J., This application has been filed seeking amendment of the plaint to correct the spelling mistake that had occurred in the E-mail ID of the plaintiff.

2. Considering the fact that Mr.S.R.Sundar, learned counsel appearing for the defendants 1 to 3 have no objections for the amendment being allowed, this application is allowed permitting the plaintiff to amend the plaint as per the prayer in the judges summons.
