This petition has been filed by the petitioner/father of the detenue Soundarya, aged about 17 years, to cause production of his daughter, before this Court and to set her at liberty. 2.The alleged detenue is secured and produced before this Court by the respondent police. 3.On enquiry, the detenue told us that there is no illegal detention by anybody and she expressed her willingness to go along with her father, who is also present before us and the petitioner/father of the detenue is also willing to take back his daughter.
4.Recording the submission made by the alleged detenue that there is no illegal detention by anybody, this petition is closed as nothing further remains to be considered in this petition.
