The Petitioner has filed the Writ Petition challenging the order RC. No. 10704/06/B2/East-Krishnagiri dated 14.12.2018 passed by the First Respondent.

Learned Counsel for the parties submit that pursuant to the earlier orders passed by this Court, the election for appointment of members to the Jamath has been conducted by the Advocate Commissioner on 13.04.2019.

In compliance of the earlier order dated 24.06.2019 passed by this Court, the elected members of the Dowlatabad Sunnath Jamath, viz., Javed, Mubarak, R.Riaz, Liquath @ Babu Lal, Ghouse Sheriff, Akil Ahamed, Aslam Basha, Liquath Ali Khan, Sananulla, Feroz and Riyaz Basha, have appeared before this Court today and have also produced Demand Draft bearing No. 939884 dated 17.07.2019 for a sum of Rs.59,290/- in the name of Learned Advocate Commissioner, viz., Mr. S. Ilamvazhuthi, who has also acknowledged receipt of the same towards the balance amount of remuneration payable to him.

Recording the aforesaid subsequent events, the Writ Petition is disposed. If the parties still have any grievance, it is open to them to work out their remedies for necessary relief before the competent forum in the manner required by law. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
