J U D G M E N T

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by S.Vaidyanathan, J.) Today, when the matter is taken up hearing, learned counsel for the appellant has filed a Memorandum, dated 21.09.2016, signed by the appellant, agreeing to vacate the suit schedule property on receipt of the full and final payment from the respondents. Learned counsel for the respondents also has consented to the said Memorandum. Learned counsel for the appellant has further submitted that the appellant would vacate the premises immediately on receipt of the amount from the respondents.
