ORDER

This Court by an order dated 12.09.2019 disposed of the Writ Petition No.21221/2019, directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.05.2019 and dispose of the same in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt 1/3

of a copy of this order. Since the order has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2.Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the order has been complied with and he produced the copy of letter issued by the office of the director of Medical and Rural Health Services, Chennai, Ref. NO.74940/N2/2/2019, dated 23.12.2019 before this Court. The said letter is taken on file and recorded.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, no further adjudication is required. Accordingly, this contempt petition stands closed.
