ORDER

These petitions have been filed to implead the petitioner as the third respondent in both the Criminal Original Petitions in Crl.O.P.No.34116 and 35264 of 2025.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the second respondent is no longer employed in the de facto complainant company and the petitioner is now authorised to represent the company and for pursuing the matter relating to quashing of the First Information report. Hence, he submitted that as the petitioner is a necessary party to the proceedings, he has to be impleaded in these petitions.

3. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, these petitions are 0rdered.
