ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondent to register and investigate the complaint of the petitioner dated 05.08.2022 in accordance with law.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was married to one Shanthi on 02.07.2001 and as a result of matrimonial life, they have one son, who was born on 22.07.2004. Only, now the petitioner came to know that his wife was already a married person and suppressing the same, she married the petitioner. When it was questioned, his wife shanthi had made death threat that also threatened that she will the send the petitioner out from his house. Therefor, petitioner gave a complaint before the respondent police. But, till now, no action was taken. Therefore, present petition is filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that, on receipt of complaint dated 17.12.2022 from the petitioner, CSR enquiry was conducted and the same was closed for the reason that both the parties agreed to resolve the dispute before the competent civil Court.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed giving liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the competent Court in the manner known to law.
