This Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 20 days in filing the above captioned C.M.A.

2.Notice to the 1st respondent is dispensed with vide Court order dated 30.08.2023.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the 2nd respondent.

4.Though notice served on the 3rd respondent, none entered appearance on behalf of him.

5.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned. Hence, this petition is ordered as prayed for.

6.Registry is directed to number the C.M.A., if it is otherwise in order and list the same in due course by printing the name of Mr.C.Bhuvana Sundari, as learned counsel for the 2nd respondent.
