COMMON PRAYER : Writ Petitions filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 29.03.2011 by making due reply to the clarifications sought for by the Petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners made a submission that the clarification letter dated 17.03.2011 provided a cause for the petitioner to submit their representation.

3. However, ten years lapsed and BSNL underwent many changes and many changes in respect of the policy decisions and therefore, if any grievance exists as of now, it is left open to the petitioners to approach the competent authorities for the redressal of the same.

4. With these observations, the writ petitions stand disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
