Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.22398/2021 dated 26/11/2021 that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police , every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders".

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.ARASU GANESHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 22398 of 2021, dated 26.11.2021.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition already imposed by this Court as against the petitioner is relaxed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Subsequently, if the petitioner fails to pay a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) as monthly maintenance to the de facto complainant on or before 5th of every English calendar month, earlier order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 22398 of 2021, dated 26.11.2021 shall stands dismissed automatically. -sd/- 20/01/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
