This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.12.2024 and dispose of the same.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents and perused the materials available on record.
3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents Police submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 16.12.2024 has been considered and case in Crime No.31 of 2025 was registered on 27.01.2025.
