This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall appear before the respondent police everyday at 6.30 p.m until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.29148 of 2022 dated 07.12.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first working day of every month for a period of three months and the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
