ORDER

The respondent police has registered the criminal case against the petitioner for an alleged offence under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 353, 332 and 395 of I.P.C. in Crime No. 235 of 2014. Accordingly, the petitioner has filed this petition seeking to grant anticipatory bail.

2. There is no representation on behalf of petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the case is pending before the Trial Court and now, the Trial Court has issued non-bailable warrant against the petitioner. At this stage, the petitioner has approached this court by filing this petition seeking to grant anticipatory bail. Hence, he has raised serious objection to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, now the Trial Court has issued the non-bailable warrant against the petitioner, and at this stage, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Trial Court and to proceed further in accordance with law.
