This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14654 of 2020, dated 24.09.2020. 2.This Court vide order dated 24.09.2020, granted bail to the petitioner on condition that the petitioner is directed to deposit original title deeds of immovable properties stands in his name or his relatives name not less than the value of a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No.1341 of 2020.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a PG Assistant in Computer Science in the Brindavan Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Natrampalli, Vellore District, who earns a very meager amount as his salary and he is not having any property in the said value and hence he is unable to comply with the condition. Hence, the learned counsel prays to modify the condition.

Crl.M.P.No. 1103 of 2023 in CRL. O.P. No.14654 of 2020 T.V.THAMILSELVI vsn 4.In view of the backdrop, the earlier condition imposed by this Court is on the basis of the petitioner's representation. Now, this modification petition has filed on the different ground, which is not permissible. Hence, this petition for modification of the condition imposed by this Court dated 24.09.2020 in Crl.OP.No.14654 of 2020 does not be acceded to and accordingly, this miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
