ORDER

The petitioner is before this Court, with the prayer to direct the 1st respondent to take further action against the respondents 2 to 6 on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 28.12.2019 and to proceed with the investigation according to law.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on receipt of the complaint dated 28.12.2019, lodged by the petitioner as against the respondents 2 to 6, the 1st respondent conducted enquiry, in which the petitioner did not cooperate for enquiry and as such it was closed in current paper No.3 of 2020.
