Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent's Board to consider representation dated 18.04.2020 of the petitioner and to absorb and confer the permanent status to the services of petitioner's husband on completion of 480 days continuous service in a period of 24 calendar months as has been done to Tmt.R.Lakshmi w/o. Late.S.Raju duly permitting to draw arrears of duty pay and allowances, family pension and D.C.R.Gratuity, Encashment of Leave Salary and other terminal benefits statutorily accrued thereon retrospectively with interest at 12% per annum for the belated payment on merits and in accordance with law within the time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

This Writ Petition has been filed for directing the first respondent's Board to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.04.2020 and to absorb and confer the permanent status to the services of petitioner's husband on completion of 480 days continuous service in a period of 24 calendar months as granted to Tmt.R.Lakshmi w/o. Late.S.Raju duly permitting to draw arrears of duty pay and allowances, family pension and D.C.R.Gratuity, Encashment of Leave Salary and other terminal benefits statutorily accrued
thereon retrospectively with interest at 12% per annum for the belated payment.
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and also perused the entire materials available on record.
3. The petitioners are wife and daughter of the aggrieved person and they have approached this Court to consider the representation dated 18.04.2020.
This Court, without going into the merits of the present petition, directs the petitioners to submit a fresh representation to the respondents within a period of one month from today and on such representation being made, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioners and pass appropriate speaking orders in accordance with law, within a period of two months thereafter.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
