COMMON ORDER When these matters are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he had instructions to withdraw the criminal original petitions. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. Permission is granted. In the light of the above, these criminal original petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the defence available to him before the trial court. However, considering the fact that the calendar cases have been pending from 2015, the trial court is directed to take the calendar cases for trial and complete the same within a period of three months. Both parties are directed to cooperate with the trial court for the early disposal of the calendar cases, within the time frame as directed above. Consequently, connected MPs stand closed.
