ORDER

This Writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police to grant protection to the petitioner on the ground that he is facing threat to his life and limb from respondents 3 to 5.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondents 1 and 2.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the complaint given by the petitioner is pending before the respondent police, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to call the parties for an enquiry and instruct them to ventilate their grievance in the manner known to law and not to exert any threat. threat to life or limb of the petitioner, action shall be taken immediately in accordance with law. This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
