This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for transfer of investigation in Crime No.462 of 2015. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the investigation in Crime No.462 of 2016 has been completed and charge sheet is to be filed before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate.

3.In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudicating the petition and the same is, accordingly, dismissed.
