CMP.Nos.646 of 2008, 26080, 26082, 26084, 26085, 26077, 26078 & 26080 of 2023 in CMA.No.10 of 2001 and CMA.No.647 of 2008 in CMA.No.284 of 2001 M.DHANDAPANI,J These petitions are filed by the petitioners seeking to bring on record the respondents 10 to 12 and 6 to 8 as legal representatives of the deceased 3rd respondent namely, V.B.Devarajan as respondents 10 to 12 in the main appeals; to bring on record the respondents 16 to 18 as legal representatives of the deceased 2nd respondent namely, V.B.Jagadeesan as the respondents 13 to 15 in the main appeal; to condone the delay of 2852 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement of the main appeal so far as the deceased 9th respondent late G.

Balakrishnan on account of his death; to condone the delay of 371 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement of the main appeal so far as the deceased 2nd respondent Late V.B.Jagadeesan on account of his death; to bring on record the proposed respondents 19 to 21 as the legal representatives of the deceased 9th respondent, late Mr.G.Balakrishnan as the respondents 16 to 18 in the main appeal; to set aside the abatement of the appeal so far as the deceased 2nd respondent late V.B.Jagadeesan on account of his death.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits, these petitions are ordered. Ms.Suriya, takes notice on behalf of the LR's of the respondents 2, 3 and 9 in CMA.No.9,10 and 284 of 2001.

4. Post the main appeal on 18.12.2023.
